At Yes! Oracle, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Window: You may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible Items - We accept returns for:

• New, unused items in original condition

• Items damaged or defective upon arrival

Used items or items not returned in original condition may not qualify for a full refund.

Return Shipping Costs

• Defective or damaged items: Yes! Oracle covers the return shipping cost.

• All other returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
